Payment through PayPal Invoice.

I own the rights to the drawings I make and I can distribute them for any purpose.

I do not own or claim the rights to the concepts, characters, or other elements in the drawing. I do not imply that I invented everything in the drawing.

If the client does not want me to publish the drawing on my social networks or in my portfolio, they must notify me in writing through some previously agreed messaging medium, before I start working on the drawing.

The client cannot claim authorship of the drawing. If the client publishes the drawing on any digital or printed medium, they must mention my name or my pseudonym as the author of it, unless otherwise agreed.

The client has the right to request small changes in the drawing, as long as they do not substantially alter the original concept, within 5 days after the delivery of the finished work.

Once the drawing is delivered and the payment is received, it is considered that the contract between the client and me has ended, and no claims or returns will be accepted.

The delivery time of the drawing will be up to 1 month from the date on which the order is confirmed and the payment is made. If for some reason I cannot deliver the drawing within the established deadline, I will return the money to the client and cancel the order. Likewise, I reserve the right to cancel the order for personal or professional reasons, as long as I refund the full amount of the drawing.
